The Problem-Hunting Lab is where we convene great people and allow their thinking to go further than ever before.
Our Problem-Hunting Lab is a designed environment (not your typical hotel meeting room) that brings together groups of up to 100 people to help them learn by doing, and leave with actionable plans to take forward.
This collaborative approach ensures diversity of ideas and perspective, which are crucial to framing the right questions to answer, and finding the right answers to the question.
Participants work on identified and co-created strategic challenges, drawing on diverse perspectives to:
Surface hidden assumptions
Consider the whole operational ecosystem and potential impacts
Frame comprehensive questions
Run disciplined tests
Build evidence-based action plans
Frame, Test, Scale
At the heart of Problem-Hunting is a simple model: Frame, Test, Scale.
Frame - Identify the right questions to ask, which are rarely the obvious ones.
Test - Convert unknowns and assumptions into evidence and learning, reducing risk and providing greater confidence.
Scale - Share and spread what works to create tangible & long-term organisational impact.
The Problem-Hunting Lab enables organisations learn how to progressively increase confidence in their decisions and proliferate this skill for more effective problem solving. Watch the video below.
