Ben is primarily responsible for the research and design of the Problem-Hunting Labs, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of each client.

  • Visiting Professor at London School of Economics;
    PhD in Organizational Behaviour from Harvard Business Shool

  • Research focuses on Simplexity: helping enterprises transcend complexity by blending sophistication of thought with simplicity of action

  • Has delivered executive education programs in partnership with Harvard Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, Columbia Business School, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Jonathan Besser

Jonathan is also involved in the design of programs and all operations relating to the delivery of each Lab.

  • Former Managing Director at Duke Corporate Education with responsibility for the design and delivery of leadership programs for global clients.

  • Has designed & delivered programs in partnership with London Business School

  • Significant experience and expertise supporting clients in all aspects of learning & development, organisation, management development and consulting

  • Co-author of ‘50 Ideas that Changed the World of Work’
